Can BaW Ross pass the grading in Switzerland?

Ross came to us with a Belgian FCI and an ISDS pedigree, international hip/elbow/shoulder/dysplasia certificate and a confirmation that he has been ophthamologically examined. So we thought why not enter him for the grading in Switzerland with the Border Collie Club. First of all, the rules are that the dog has to be registered with the SHSB (Swiss dog studbook). To be able to apply for registration, we first had to order an export pedigree from the Belgian studbook (and pay the fee), which we finally received after several weeks. Then we sent this to the SHSB (and paid the fee), upon which we received an SHSB number. Further requirements are DNA testing; we opted for the Laboklin Border Collie bundle (and paid the fee); the results were all negative, i.e. clear of any diseases. So we were finally able to register BaW Ross for the grading (for which there will be a fee to pay on the day). Unfortunately, our existing eye test and hip/elbow/shoulder/dysplasia certificate were not accepted. Next stop was at the veterinary clinic for x-rays, which then had to be sent to the dysplasia commission in Zurich or Berne for evaluation (you guessed it, it also costs a fee). The results were positive (Hip Grade A, no osteochondrosis). We also have an appointment for the eye test (which has to be done by an approved eye specialist, of which there is only one in the Eastern part of Switzerland). However, as the date is only a day before the closing date of the grading, we are not sure whether we will be able to send this in in time. If not, we have to wait for the next grading in May 2022.
